css3 rotate style not supporting in c# code

Actually watermarkContent is getting name and date dynamically. i need to display these details 45 degrees angles on that image . i don't want to rotate entire image . i need to displayonly these details .by using these code i am not able to getting output.

Are you using this to send email or you are creating an image just define this css in a seprate css file and use code strBody.Append( cssclassname' > + watermarkContent +  );
