Hi well I'm not exactly sure what you want to accomplish . But here is how you can get a HTML table from CSV: var htmlTable = new StringBuilder (); using ( var csvFile = File .OpenText( Sample.csv )) { htmlTable.AppendLine(   ); while (!csvFile.EndOfStream) { htmlTable.AppendLine(   ); foreach ( var csvValue in csvFile.ReadLine().Split( '' )) htmlTable.Append(   ).Append(csvValue).AppendLine(   ); htmlTable.AppendLine(   ); } htmlTable.AppendLine(   ); } Also in case I misunderstood you here is how you can get CSV from HTML table (I used HtmlAgilityPack library): var csvTable = new StringBuilder (); var doc = new HtmlDocument (); doc.Load(desktop + \Sample.html ); foreach ( HtmlNode row in doc.DocumentNode.SelectSingleNode( table ).Descendants( tr )) { foreach ( var cell in row.ChildNodes) if (! string .IsNullOrWhiteSpace(cell.InnerText)) csvTable.Append(cell.InnerText).Append( '' ); csvTable.AppendLine(); } Note that these are just concepts I really did not pay much attention for edge cases and other stuff so you will have to tweak the solution a bit but nevertheless I hope they will help you as a sort of a guidelines.
