Hi, well I'm not exactly sure what you want to accomplish . But here is how you can get a HTML table from CSV: var htmlTable = new StringBuilder (); using ( var csvFile = File .OpenText( "Sample.csv" )) { htmlTable.AppendLine( " " ); while (!csvFile.EndOfStream) { htmlTable.AppendLine( " " ); foreach ( var csvValue in csvFile.ReadLine().Split( ',' )) htmlTable.Append( " " ).Append(csvValue).AppendLine( " " ); htmlTable.AppendLine( " " ); } htmlTable.AppendLine( " " ); } Also in case I misunderstood you here is how you can get CSV from HTML table (I used HtmlAgilityPack library): var csvTable = new StringBuilder (); var doc = new HtmlDocument (); doc.Load(desktop + "\Sample.html" ); foreach ( HtmlNode row in doc.DocumentNode.SelectSingleNode( "table" ).Descendants( "tr" )) { foreach ( var cell in row.ChildNodes) if (! string .IsNullOrWhiteSpace(cell.InnerText)) csvTable.Append(cell.InnerText).Append( ',' ); csvTable.AppendLine(); } Note that these are just concepts, I really did not pay much attention for edge cases and other stuff so you will have to tweak the solution a bit, but nevertheless I hope they will help you as a sort of a guidelines.
