custom message box

Question

hello .. i download asp.net msg box from some where...

its working properly n display the msgbox at the center of page...

bt when i use master page it nt displays at center of the page. what changs i have to make in the mster file , or page or in stylesheet?

HiDiya Every Browser having their own rendering engine to render HTML CSS Content.So its not necessary every browser will show the same result . But according to my experience FireFox has Best Rendering Engine around .

i m nt using javascrip in ths.. bt problem is only with IE in google chrome n mozzila its working fine

Hi its correct that rendering of html will be different in every browser but you need to maintain that position of that message box you can do it. Get the client machine height and width and show your message box at the exact position through java script. Regards Arshad.

ya i know it is running well in any other browser  it ran fine in Google chrome.. bt y with IE?

i have seen your pages try running it in Mozilla firefox it's running ok. but in IE 6 its having the problem you are asking. problem seem because of StyleSheet applied on the messagebox is not browser independent..... Try to get some hack of IE 6 CSS for your message box's style sheet to get rid of this problem........ ==========================
