Customize how to populate MSWord template

Question

Hello everyone. I'm trying to program (in c#) an addin for MSWord that creates a form that has all of the fields of a loaded MSWord Template, so that the user can fill the fields in the form and then, after submitting it, all fields of the template get filled automatically! Does anyone have an idea on how to do this? thank you in advance
