public void btn_Click() { SqlDataAdapter adap = new SqlDataAdapter(Select * From table cn); DataSet ds= new DataSet(); adap .Fill(ds); GridView1.DataSource = ds ; GridView1.DataBind(); } above code bind your gridview with data.
