Data in gridview from more than one table

Dear experts ] how to take data in gridview from one table but data from different query and also i want to change field if any one of field changes in dropdownlist

There are two ways to do this. If your DataSet is filled with two SELECT SQL queries and there is relationship between those tables (parent-child) and you bind DataSet direct with a GridView you will see binding automatically. You will see Parent rows at the top and when you click on plus sign and expand the row you will see all child rows for that parent Id. Here is an article. Presenting Child Data along with Parent Row in Data Grid If you do not have the relationship in the database then there is a problem. You can solve this problem by creating a relationship in code using the DataRelation class. Search this website for DataRelation. You will find several articles. Another option is load data from first table (parent) and when you do something in GridView pass that ID to database and get matching data for that Id from child table and display it there. Cheers!
