Answer provided by Mukesh is suitable for both ASP & Win-Forms. Its the concept of ADO.NET(For both ASP & Win-Forms).

Thank you Mukesh but i think it will work with win forms only. It will not work with asp .net

That case(Disconnect Environment or Connected Environment) will be only for selection of data(select * from tbname) only. There will not be any effect for DML operations(insertdeleteupdate..) If any doubts plz come with next query. Else Please Accept my answer. Thank you.
