Jenni don't listen to a jack***! The only stupid question is one that you don't ask. I am a technology tutor at the college that I attend and would be glad to help you with anything that you may not understand. It is true that Google is an excellent source for information like this; but sometimes you will have to pick through the resulting pages to find an answer to your question. About the array question I am sure that you know by now that an array in nothing more than a sized grouping of a specific type. If you have not learned about generics yet as a preview: Generics can do the same things that arrays do and more. An array is not mutable (it cannot shrink and grow as needed). Also arrays do not insure type safety. Generic collections (System.Collections.Generics namespace) are must more appropiate for many things. One of these Collection types is a List. The syntax is: List myList = new List (); Notice that you did not have to declare a size. You can add as many items to this list as needed: myList.Add(Hello world); Anyway look into Collections especially the List .
