Database connectivity in Client Server architechture

Question

Dear All.......

I need a help from you.. I'm going to develop CRM (Customer Relationship Management) System using C#.net 2005 and SQL server 2000.

I got a problem like this... I need to know that, How do you connect the Database in the Client/Server architecture through a DSN(Data Source Name)? I need codings for this........
