I'm thinking of making a program that would keep track of patients for a clinic. I was wondering if you can make the database on the computer and if so how??!?!?!

What you're looking for is info on using ADO.NET. That should be a good start when searching for information. I'm currently studying ADO.NET among other things from a book.

Use MS Access or Sql Server to create the databases. Jimbo
