Wpf is only based on template you can design in whatever way you want. In DataGrid if you have 3 or more column and you want to make one column as ListView then you can create template https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/system.windows.controls.datagridtemplatecolumn.celltemplate(v=vs.110).aspx in the above link there is stack panel and you can create list view.
