You can access the bound item of a data grid view row with DataBoundItem property If you are using a binding source you can use Remove method on the binding source to delete an item To delete selected rows from the DataGridView foreach ( DataGridViewRow row in employeeDataGridView.SelectedRows) { employeeBindingSource.Remove(( Employee ) row.DataBoundItem ); } In the above code example I using Employee object to display in DataGatagridView(employeeDataGridView) using BindingSource(employeeBindingSource) Hope this helps
