Hi Bharathiraja Its simple.. please find the sample code here OtherForm otherform=new OtherForm(); otherform.ShowDialog(); //Instead of Form.show use form.showdialog().. the next line will not run until you close the other form. LoadDatagridView(); // Then saving record in previous form  close it then this will update your datagridview.. Public void LoadDatagridView() { //write your datagridview bind logic here }
