Dataset into Array

Question

Hi How do a read the contents of a DataSet into an array in C#. I am a beginner in C# and could do with a solution asap. Thanks :)

You can do this by accessing the Table object in the dataset and then by iterating through the records in that table. In this way you can store the values of dataset into the arraylist. I have given a sample code below. ArrayList arr = new ArrayList(); for(int i=0;i<ds.Tables[0].Rows.Count;i++) { int j = ds.Tables[0].Rows[i].ItemArray.Length;; for(int k=0;k<j;k++) { arr.Add(ds.Tables[0].Rows[i].ItemArray[k].ToString()); } }
