DatePicker does not exist in the namespace in windows phone

Question

When i run my application it works fine but the design page giving error Invalid Markup and The name DatePicker does not exist in the namespace clr-namespace:Microsoft.Phone.Controls;assembly=Microsoft.Phone.Controls.Toolkit.

Hi Suresh When i run my application on emulator it shows the listpicker and datepicker but when i stop the debugging and move to design page then its giving error Invalid Markup . The namespace i have already added. Please see the attached error file. Thanks Arabinda
