Question

i know how to show time(hh:mm) in datetimepicker . but how can i set seconds and milli seconds in datetimepicker with showing auto incrementing seconds

The DataTimePicker control doesn't support the display of milliseconds but you can get it to display seconds by setting (in the Properties Box) the Format property to Custom and the CustomFormat property to a suitable string such as hh:mm:ss. To get it to autoincrement you'll need to add a Timer control to the form set its Interval property to 1000 and then put the following code in its Tick event handler: private void timer1_Tick(object sender EventArgs e) { dateTimePicker1.Value = DateTime.Now; }
