Debug and Release Build

Hi What is the differences between Debug and Release Build. Is there a significant speed difference. Why or Why not ?

1. Release DLL size is less than Debug DLL. 2. Release build it fast because it skips all the used mechanism for debug like DebuggerDisplay debuggerBrowsableStatebreakpoint attribute etc. 3.Hence Release build removes all the Debug settings.
