Hi If you are using binding then bind SelectedItem property with Mode=TwoWay. For example SelectedItem={Binding SelectedEmployee Mode=TwoWay} Make sure that you have assigned SelectedEmployee property in your viewmodel and raise PrpertyChanged event. - Sanjay Dholakiya
