Delete or empty specific folder of client system same domain

Hi I have a query is it possiable to empty or clear all files from a specfic folder of client system of same domain using asp.net webapp on browser close or logout click.? if it can be then how? Thanks

Yes means i have 1000 system on same domain and i want to perform that task on any syteam.

Can you confirm that Client system means who will browse your application. If yes I don't think it is a good solution to remove files in Clien system.
