Deleted data of Users

Question

Suppose i have 50 tables with data If i deleted 1 or more user's data from all the tables. How do i get back the deleted user's data? Which is the quickest and simplest way to get it back ?

Hello If you have used transaction in T-Sql than you can do like : Begin Tran Delete_Data // Will be rollback if you want delete from tb_Product End rollback // Will retrive all data as before Thanks
