I like BMS's idea. Their eyes should be donated to the blinds. Also execution in public will help to stop the future happenings. Areas surround Delhi are becoming a Rape capital. Govt. needs to bring some strict policies.

I agree with you brutal punishment is necessary for those people who are doing such types of crime so that it will teach a lesson for others .In Islamic countries due to their strict laws no such crime occurs. But how far is it possible in our country?

Hi Such people should not be given capital punishment..But their hands and legs should be cut and donate their eyes to the blind and make them beg till they die helplessly for death... This will teach a lesson to all..................
