Deploy Crystal Report

Question

when I deployed crystal report on live it gave the following message

An error has occurred while attempting to load the Crystal Reports runtime.

Either the Crystal Reports registry key permissions are insufficient or the Crystal Reports runtime is not installed correctly.

Please install the appropriate Crystal Reports redistributable (CRRedist*.msi) containing the correct version of the Crystal Reports runtime (x86, x64, or Itanium) required. Please go to http://www.businessobjects.com/support for more information.

Kindly help me...

Now it is giving the following error!!!!! Could not load file or assembly 'CrystalDecisions.ReportAppServer.ClientDoc Version=10.5.3700.0 Culture=neutral PublicKeyToken=692fbea5521e1304' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified. Description: An unhandled exception occurred during the execution of the current web request. Please review the stack trace for more information about the error and where it originated in the code. Exception Details: System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Could not load file or assembly 'CrystalDecisions.ReportAppServer.ClientDoc Version=10.5.3700.0 Culture=neutral PublicKeyToken=692fbea5521e1304' or one of its dependencies. I have installed Crystal Report Runtime for 64 bit but still its giving the same error!!!

Hi One probable reason could be for 64-bit there is seperate Crystal Report Runtime. Try to install that. Check you have admin rights on the machine. Also check out following links Link1 Link2 Might be it helps you.
