Hi friends I want to know that Can I deploy the application without deploying the source code on the server?

Hi If you build the application it will generate the dll and you can deploy the dll instead of source code. There is no source code can be deployed. Actually it will look the assembly which contains the MSIL. The .aspx and other javascriptcss files can be like normally and dll has to be deployed in bin folder.
