Deploy the application

I have a desktop application with C# code and visual studio 2015 connected with MS Access 2007 database. I want to use this application with database in another computer which is not connected with LAN or Web. Is it possible? then how?

Your question itself has an answer which is not connected with LAN or Web. When there is no connection between the PC's how can the same database can be used by your application. If you want to share the same database from your application installed on different PC's then you MUST have connectivity between them. OR You have to deploy individual dabatase that works for individual

I hope you need to create an .exe file of the windows or desktop application which you want to run in other system .
