Deploy wcf in IIS

Question

Hello All I have a service ready. Now I need to deploy the same in IIS . Can anyone pls tell me how to deploy it? googled it but I'm not satisfied with the results................................

Hello :)Thanks a lot for the reply. Well I am new to this technology. The links which you have asked me to refer also says the same. i.e. they just say that the service is created and shows the code. But I need to see the output of my code/service in the webpage. How do I do that? Kindly help.
