Hi how to create a setup file for a windows application and it contains a webservices also and i use sql server 2000 as back end

Make sure your app has a app.config and put the connection string in there. I personally would package each seperataly.. Either Publich the Web Service to a disk location and give it to the customer or burn an Install set.
