Please tell me how we can do windows Programming.
Actually I want to do a desktop Application using C#.
Please any one tell me how I should proceed.

i think what you want is winForms ( local desktop applications) however i'm not sure because you didn't tell what your application needs to do and needs to work and how you want to use it etc.
