Detecting 2G or 3G Network Connection in Wp8 Apps

Question

I,

 I have three Different kinds of Urls for wifi, 2G and 3G to Stream Live Streams

I want to check the network type and according to that i want to use my url.

 

I am not able to detect 2G or 3G network Dynamically. Please help me in That.
