Develop Remote Winform Database Application

Hi I have to develop a large Remote window database application using wpf and sql server which will be accessed inside and outside the office as well. How should I design the application? How the application will be accessed from outside the office? Wheather I have to use a static IP for main system where application and database reside? thanks in advance rahul

Yes IP Should be Static for accessing the system from out side of office. you can Directly connect to the Server using IP. or another Option is to develop WebService that returns Data From the Database .so that it will be OS independence to Access the Database from any other OS .

Yes friend you can use WebService in Windows Application by Righ Click the Solution >> Add Web Reference .
