develope web application with metro style look and feel with visual studio 2010 and windows 7.

Hello experts,

my quetion is pretty clear from topic!!

Actually i am going to develop one web application using MVC3 .net.
i want to give my application metro style look and feel without using window 8 and VS2012 RC.I am developing in enviroment visual studio 2010 and in  wondows 7.
So what are the possiblities? or i just need to write css styles that will look like mero UI?
