developing a data mining tool
hello every one im new here and i need your help and support ; the problem is , i want to develop a data mining tool for classification and testing it on ATMs data to know the rush on which ATMs ;so i need too things:
first : ideas about how to start developing the tool
second : ideas about how to write a code to generate the ATMs data randomly for testing ,because no bank will give me the data i need
really i feel lost , i don't know from where to start
