Device Display can give different output ?

I am new in android and I Have Created an android app in android studio but my output In Nexus 4 API 18 and Nexus S API 18 is Different Please Help me ??

The reason is their pixel density. It is a guide under Android developer documentation that you can read to understand and learn how to Support Different Screens . :-) I am sure what you are looking for is already written there read the guide.
