Difference between operator loading and function overloading both are same or there is any difference?

They're different. Function overloading means that you have two or more versions of the same function. Each of these versions has a different 'signature' which means that each version takes a different set of parameters. In other words the number of parameters and/or their types are different for each version so that the compiler can distinguish between them. In contrast operator overloading simply means that a standard operator which normally has a certain meaning within a particular programming language can be redefined so that it has a different meaning when applied to instances of a particular class or struct. For example you could create some class and then define the '+' and '-' binary operators so that they have some specific meaning when applied to two objects of that class.
