We have to define the column weather it's a primary or uniquer. if you define it as primary then it will not allow to add any null value.

hi vijay it's treat as same or not means if we have a unique key with not null then it work as primary key. and we create a clustered index on that column. and we use this field as a reference for foreign key.

Hi The mail difference between primary and unique key in case of cluster Primary Key By default Primary key is clustered index and data in the database table is physically organized in the sequence of clustered index. Unique key By default Unique key is a unique non-clustered index.
