Different arguments in a function

Hello, I have a question and I hope to find the answer in this magnificent website. my question is: What happens when you pass different arguments into a function – what does it print or return? hi, Yes if you pass different type of argument into the function it give compile time exception.

The purpose of arguments is to provide data for the method to operate on or to customize the method's logic. However, as Shweta said, they don't directly affect what the method prints or returns. In fact it needn't print or return anything at all!

Print or return has nothing to do with passing the arguments. It depends entirely on the logic on what you want to print or return. But yes, return value should match the return type of a function.
