Direct sending email message in Microsoft Exchange server

Question

Hi ALL Now i;m working with automatic mail sending for user login onapplication for vb.net windows application my client using Microsoft Exchange server for internal mail communication  so my Simple Questing how to send email message to exchange server and which library i will import ? other want property i have set for sending mail functions (eg:servername or domain name)
