The type or namespace name 'MethodInvoker' could not be found (are you missing a using directive or an assembly reference?) plz which reference i will added?

If it's not a windows forms application then it could also be the MethodInvoker delegate in the System.Windows.Forms namespace: http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/system.windows.forms.methodinvoker.aspx If say you're writing a console application then you'll need to add a reference to System.Windows.Forms.dll to use this delegate.
