Disable a button on show of form in mvvm wpf

Question

How can i disable a button from viewmodel ? For ex-: On click of create button  another create account form open  i want to keep create button disable till user fill up account form . How can i close my login form from view model ?

In MVVM the button event click is configured from a ICommand (Execute delegate) in the ViewModel and Enabled or disabled button state is configured from same ICommand (CanExecuteDelegate) this delegate return a bool indicates if the button is enabled or disabled.
