Disable NumericUpdown in C#

Hi everyone can be help me about code for disable Numericupdown in Asp.net c#. I try to any code but can not do it. if you know please help me. thank advance.

Do you tell me which event will trigger when click the up and down? I do a test: function OnTest() { document.getElementById(txtID).disabled = true; } when i click the button and disabled the textbox and then input text into the textbox the onkeydown will not trigger. So i want to know your onkeydown event from which control.

ok I only write this txtID.Enable=false; but still can use Down and Up and value in textbox still change value

I don't know you how to capture your onkeydown or onkeyup event when you extender your NumericUpdown control But i'm sure you can realize it use JQueryyou can copy your key code here Maybe i can give you more suggestions.

It seems you extender a textbox as a NumericUpdown control in asp.net? and want to remove the onkeydown and onkeyup event when your checkbox is false Does it right? If you do it in asp.net I think maybe you can use JQuery to do it. Did you ever use the JQuery? If you control's id is numericUpdown1you can do this as below: $(function(){ $(#numericUpdown1).onkeydown(function(){ if(checkbox.checked){ } else{ } }); });

Mean I have one checkbox. when i checkbox is true we can press keydown and keyup in numericupdown but when checkbox is false. we can not do anythink with numericupdown. I want to know it in asp.net C#. I use it it ajax control toolkit  using textbox and add Extender Numericupdown i try to disable textbox but still can use numericupdown. i have this problem wish you can know my problem and can result me. thank!

SorryWhat's your meaning? can't input numeric in textbox? It seems you do it in B/S system I think you can realize it use Regex when trigger onkeydown event.
