Display Access OLE Object (image)in crystal report

Hi I am stuck in a program where i want to display a 4 Images in crystal report and which is comes from Access database i am using oledb connection. here data is Coming properly But How can i Display The Long Binary data From Access File(Image File Converted) to crystal report
