Display check box in dropdown list allow multipule select

Question

Hi, 

I have a dropdown list I want to display all item taking checkbox and allow
multiple select 
inside the drop down list.
And the text item of checkbox look as below format

[item 1] Pool Value Price
             $20
[item 2] Template Price
              $100 

etc..
Any one please provide the one sample for the same..
