Hi KARISHMA I guess the situation is like this your have gridview and insdide it in two coulmns there is a combobox and textbox per row as an item template. So I am giving you a rough idea of how to do it. 1. Populate the Combox es per row in Gridviews Row_itemdatabound event and set the commandname and argument for each controls per row so that you can uniquely identify which combo box has triggered the selection changed event. 2. Next in the row_item databound get and catch the event for which the event has occured and with the help of it in the particular comnmand event block get the id of the particular data item in the combo box and accordingly fetch data from database and fill the textbox of that row. Go ahead with this concept and keep me posted.
