Display last row of DataGrid upon Add Item

Question

upon the Add Record button is pressed, I want to display the last row in the DataGrid. What is the code necessary? thanks

i think u have used list of class as a datasource List MyList=new List (); .. .. .. datagridview1.datasource=MyList; .. .. .. After Save List MyList=(List )datagridview1.datasource; MyClass m=new MyClass(); m.Property1=InsertValu1; . . . MyList.add(m);

yes, tried, but does not work. error: Unable to cast object of type 'System.Collections.Generic.List`1[TestPlanningServiceReport.ServiceReportAttachFile]' to type 'System.Data.DataTable'. when I have this: DataTable dt = (DataTable)TestPlanningServiceReportDataGrid.ItemsSource; I am not sure how to use DataTable in DataGrid.

I am using DataGrid, not DataGridView, so your code does not work.

Use following syntax; datagridview1.datasource=mydt; . . . After Save DataTable mydt=(DataTable)datagridview1.datasource; DataRow dr=mydt.NewRow(); dr["Col1"]=InsertValu1; mydt.Rows.add(dr); you can see last row is reflecting new row. Check this is corrrect answer if it helped
