Display pdf file in ASP.Net

Hi I have a button on a webpage. and I want that when a user click on that button a pdf file is display in the adobe reader. plz reply...

your browser also can open the pdf files just provide the postback url property of button to pdf file path.

If you have the PDF file on your local machine or stored on a server you can add the path to the button's click eventl. You can do something as simple as the following assuming you have acrobat installed. using System.Net; string pdfPath = Server.MapPath(~/SomePDFFile.pdf); WebClient client = new WebClient(); Byte[] buffer = client.DownloadData(pdfPath); Response.ContentType = application/pdf; Response.AddHeader(content-length buffer.Length.ToString()); Response.BinaryWrite(buffer); If you don't want to install adobe reader you can use Spire.PDF don't need adobe reader at all //load a pdf document.
