Disply First 5 items

Hi All I have one custom list and one Webpart... Now i want to show first 5 items in a list to a webpart... how can i do this scenario.. Thanks in Advance... Regards k. Mahesh.

Hi Mahesh If you are showing the list in a Out Of The Box list view Web part In the all items view there is a option the row limit here you can give the row limit to 5. It will show only 5 items in the first page. Yours Amaresh Reddy
