Do i have a chance to know what kind of application i am coding programmatically

hi to everyone. I wonder if i am able to know what kind of application i am writing in C#. I mean example i am writing a win32 application can i know that i am coding a win32 application in code.

I have found the solution. this is my scenerio. Let's say i have i function named knowTypeOfProject() in determineTheTypeOfProject.dll. Then firstly i create web application later on i add determineTheTypeOfProject.dll to my web project. In knowTypeOfProject() function can i know that am i in web project. In my scenerio my application might be console or gui application. Can i know the type of application that i am referenced in knowTypeOfProject() function. the reason why i need such a thing is in function knowTypeOfProject() i want to behave different if i am in web application and behave different if i am in console or gui application.

The term win32 usually refers to unmanaged code; is that what you mean or do you mean 32-bit or 64-bit? Do you need to determine whether the application is console or GUI? I think there are more than one ways to get the information depending on what you need.
