Does having a microsoft certifiaction adds a value to the profile of a person.And does a company give some weightage to an individual having such a certification given that the person has knowledge in his technology.

I think its an added advantage only for freshers...People who have good amount of experience don`t need this much. Because companies only consider experience.. Who cares for anything else.
