Question

Sir, I am MCA and done training in Dotnet from a reputed institute and i recently Join a mid level company where my designation is Junior Software Developer but my work is gone to clint side where our ERP Application is already installed (design on dotnet) and i solve out the problrm of the clint and give training in our application. Our Senior says after sometime when u completly understand the application the we will teach u Crystal Reports, then Database(SQL Server) then Production (Frontend) and after that give Projects. Is this correct job as starting my career in Software Industry?
