hi friends I want that when the user clicks on the download button redirects to one page to another page that contains like this your download will be started in 1s ... And thank you in advance

Keep one Html button with Text as Download place the button between an anchor tag . Now the page will be redirected to another page from one page. Opens in new tab. In that page event set timer control or else after the page event ends call the download function. Hope this may helps you. Thanks in advance.
