downloading empty data template and upload to sql database

Hi kindly requesting for help to develop a simple application that will enable one to select which template to download then fill the template and upload it to the database using asp.net and c#

your requirement is vague. what exactly do you mean by a template? is there any specific thing except getting input from user and storing it in database? have you tried anything?

Thanks Nilesh.. i mean an empty data template for example an excel one..i have attached one below . i want to achieve simply the following. 1). user selects which template to download. 2). after filling the template the user then uploads it to the database. i already have a code where user uploads excel to the database
